French contemporary music composer, pianist and percussions Alain Kremski has died from a stroke, in Paris – aged 78.
A student of Darius Milhaud at the French National Conservatory of Music and former 1st Grand Prix of Rome, he will be remembered as one of the eminent experts in Asian instrumentation – including singing bowls, bells and gongs.
Our condolences are with Mr Kremski’s family, friends, colleagues and students.
